Delegate Capito moved to amend the House Judiciary strike and insert amendment on page 1, section 12, line 7, after the words “Provided, That” by striking the remainder of the subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the provisions of this section shall not apply to naturally occurring plant-based derivative products not containing tetrahydrocannabinol content.”
